Once I paid for the steering wheel and payment fees the supplier told me I paid the incorrect amount when they sent me the invoice they then forced me to pay another 200$ because the steering wheel had no buttons. Then offered a discount price of 150$ instead and when I said let’s proceed they did not want to do this discount and was adamant on refunding back my full money and not cooperating.
Reply to supplier : my friend after I paid your price you charged me much more after which made me pay more fees. Because you didn’t calculate your cost correctly it costed me. When I told you I will pay your price of $150 you did not want to do this price but go back to the original price of $200 because your boss did not agree. Very bad customer service.
I do not recommend please take your money elsewhere.

Dear customer, the transaction between the two parties is on a voluntary basis. When the production has not yet started, if you want a refund, we can refund you in full. And we also proposed to cancel the order, but you didn't agree. If you raise a quality problem with the goods, you can contact us directly. If there is a problem, we will solve it for you after verification.
